01. About RUEMSA and these terms
RU EM SA (RUEMSA) presents gemstones, personal gemstone rings and consultations from Thane, Maharashtra, India. These draft terms describe the proposed basis for using the website and discussing services or purchases. The registered seller’s legal identity must be added before publication. Contact [email protected], +91 91118 13999, or R Mall, Ghodbunder Service Rd, Thane, Maharashtra 400607.
02. Enquiries, quotations and orders
This website introduces our services and collection; it does not currently provide an online checkout. An enquiry is not an accepted order. Before payment or crafting begins, confirm the specific gemstone, weight, known treatments, available laboratory report, metal, ring size, design, total quotation and delivery arrangements in writing. Any changes to an agreed order should be recorded and accepted by both parties. Purchases and paid bookings should be arranged by an adult with capacity to enter into the agreement.
03. Consultations and astrological guidance
Vedic astrological guidance, wearing traditions, rituals and references to gemstone benefits reflect cultural or spiritual beliefs. They do not establish a scientific guarantee of health, financial, relationship or other results. Consultations and gemstones are not substitutes for qualified medical, legal or financial advice. No particular outcome is promised. Accurate birth details matter to the consultation; tell us if the date, time or place is uncertain. Consultation format, fees, scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation terms must be agreed before a paid booking.
04. Gemstone descriptions and reports
Natural gemstones can differ in colour, clarity, inclusions, cut and appearance. Photographs and screens may display colour differently, and catalogue images or placeholder media may not depict the exact stone offered. Hardness and specific-gravity information describe typical material properties and are not individual test results.
Request the specific stone’s description, known treatment disclosures, care requirements and available report before ordering. A laboratory report applies to the stone identified in that report; displayed laboratory names and logos do not mean every stone has a report from every laboratory. A report is not a guarantee of astrological results, future value or resale value.
05. Prices, payment and custom work
Displayed “starts from” prices are indicative per-carat starting prices, not the final price of a completed ring. A quotation should identify the gemstone and metal charges, crafting costs, taxes and delivery charges, together with its validity and any deposit or payment schedule. Payment methods and when an order is accepted must be confirmed in writing.
Before approving custom work, check the ring size, metal, design and gemstone details. Changes after approval may affect cost and timing; any additional charges require agreement. This draft does not establish a deposit-forfeiture rule or exclude custom items from statutory remedies.
06. Worldwide shipping and customs
RUEMSA offers worldwide shipping from India, subject to destination serviceability and applicable import or export restrictions. Confirm the destination, dispatch estimate, carrier, delivery estimate, insurance arrangements, shipping cost and responsibility for any duties, taxes or customs paperwork before placing an order. Customs checks and carrier delays can affect estimated dates; no fixed delivery deadline is stated by this website. Tell us promptly about an address error, missing parcel or delivery problem so it can be investigated.
07. Cancellation, returns, refunds and resizing
The cancellation window, return period, eligibility, return-shipping arrangements, refund method and timing, resizing charges and treatment of custom work must be specified in the written order terms before payment. These business policies have not yet been confirmed, so this draft does not promise a particular return window or impose a blanket “no refunds” rule. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect or differs from its agreed description, and retain relevant photographs and order information. Nothing here removes applicable consumer rights or remedies.
08. Care and repairs
Care depends on the stone, treatment, metal and setting. Ask for instructions for your particular piece before using ultrasonic cleaners, chemicals or exposing it to heat or impact. Contact us before resizing, repairs or altering a setting. Any repair warranty, maintenance service or insurance cover must be separately confirmed; it is not implied by a general gemstone description.
09. Website use and content
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misrepresent another person’s identity. RUEMSA branding and original site content belong to their respective rights holders. Obtain permission before reproducing content beyond uses allowed by law. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are governed by their providers’ terms and privacy practices. Labelled photo, video and Instagram placeholders are not evidence of completed client work.
10. Privacy and communications
See the Privacy Policy for information about enquiries, birth details, website technology and communication channels. Enquiry information should be used for the requested interaction. Any separate use of a client’s name, image, testimonial or finished piece for publicity should be agreed with that client.
11. Problems, consumer rights and applicable law
If a concern arises, contact us with the quotation or order reference and a clear description so we can try to resolve it. Any final agreement must comply with applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to the transaction. This draft does not choose an exclusive court, mandate arbitration, cap liability or waive remedies. Governing-law and dispute provisions require confirmation for the registered business and its international sales.
12. Draft status and updates
Prepared on 27 October 2026 for business and legal review. The final terms need the registered business identity and confirmed booking, payment, dispatch, insurance, cancellation, return, refund, resizing, warranty and dispute arrangements. Changes should be dated and communicated where relevant; they should not silently alter an already agreed order.
